Being a new pool owner and not knowing much, I had to place trust in the company I hired, hoping they’d have my best interest at heart as I always do for my clients. Here’s a quick ‘Goldilocks’ story. The first company I hired was either grossly incompetent or out to get business in an unscrupulous way. The second company I went to was great.. then they tried to upsell me about $15,000 in equipment I didn’t need. Even a newbie like me knew not to go that route… Then came Absolute. Not only were they responsive and patient, but the crew that came to my house went above and beyond. One could tell that they were passionate about their work, and they truly care about their customer (and their customer’s bottom line). What one company wanted $15,000 for, Absolute did the job for a fraction of the cost and my pool was back to normal. Thanks Absolute - you have a loyal new client!!
